Absolutely - getting angry over an immutable situation. You can't change the circumstance, so why not change yourself and learn to enjoy it, or at least be at peace with it.

I am glad to hear that you were able to make this change successfully. Letting go of that constant anger and irritation is a very freeing experience.

		<description>I loved this article.  I've recently made the same change in perspective, and found that it's caused a huge reduction in stress.  I think for me one of the thoughts that made things easier was the fact that I'm going to be waiting anyways, why not enjoy it?  If I know I'm going to wait, and that makes me angry, then I'm pretty much getting angry over an immutable situation, and what's the sense in that?</description>
